Funerals.
Funeral Service

Family want to walk away from a funeral knowing they have made their farewells with dignity and grace and say that their loved one was recognized for who they were. A reflection of their personality, passions and zest for life were at the heart of the entire service.

As a funeral celebrant I will:
• Work closely with your designated funeral director.
• Initial meeting with close family and friends( no more than 6 people ), gather information about your loved one. Stories through the ages birth to death, important memories, include important family and friends.
• Unlimited follow up emails and phone calls as needed. Making sure we have depicted your loved one as you and they would like to be remembered.
• Follow up face-to-face meetings to clarify/ tweak the information.
• Provision of a draft funeral ceremony for your modification.
• Travel, up to 50km radius from Reservoir Vic or Cowes Phillip Island (additional fee for extra Kms).
• Professionally presented ceremony on the day.
• Greet your guests, conduct the funeral ceremony with empathy grace and a little bit of humour when applicable.
• Provide support and encouragement to family and friends supporting the ceremony.
• Use of my professional quality, wireless sound system if required.
• Remain, calm, composed and supportive until the ceremony has been completed.
Travel costs to be negotiated outside 50km radius of Reservoir or Cowes (Phillip Island).
Naming Days.
Naming Days
$700
As an experienced and dedicated event celebrant, I will work with you to create a meaningful and unforgettable event that celebrates your child's life and the love and commitment of your family.

• Obligation-free meeting to make sure I am the right person to conduct your ceremony
• Initial meeting to gather information from yourselves about how you want the ceremony to look, who will be involved and the rituals/ stories you wish to include.
• Unlimited follow up emails and phone calls as needed. Making sure the ceremony is depicting how you want you child’s day to be celebrated.
• Provision of a draft ceremony for your modification.
• Second meeting to confirm the ceremony.
• Professionally presented ceremony on the day including greeting your guests, conduct the ceremony with enthusiasm, inclusion, reflection of your love for your child and a little bit of humour when applicable.
• Provide support and encouragement to family and friends supporting the ceremony.
• Use of my professional quality, wireless sound system if required.
• A few words to thank family and friends and conclusion.
Travel costs to be negotiated outside 50km radius of Reservoir or Cowes (Phillip Island).
Weddings
Legals Only/ Registry Ceremony.
Simple Ceremony
$600

• Obligation-free meeting to make sure I am the right person to make your day special.
• One pre wedding meeting to complete Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork and gather information to plan the wedding event you have chosen.
• Follow up via phone/ email as required.
• Professionally presented ceremony on the day including essential wording to legalise the marriage.
• PA for music and microphone if required.
• Complete all necessary legal documents
• Lodgement of all necessary legal documents
• Commemorative marriage certificate
Travel costs to be negotiated outside 50km radius of Reservoir Vic or Cowes (Phillip Island) for both wedding and rehearsal.
Rehearsal can be arranged for a negotiable additional fee
Moderate Ceremony
$800
Moderate Ceremony
Including vows and readings.

• Obligation-free meeting to make sure I am the right person to make your day special.
• Initial meeting to complete Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork and gather information to design the wedding of your dreams.
• Preparations for a ceremony, assistance to write your vows, choose readings, working together to design the perfect event.
• 1x Follow up meetings to review the plan and communication via phone/ email as required.
• Rehearsal at an arranged venue with all relevant parties.
• Professionally presented ceremony on the day including essential wording to legalise the marriage.
• PA for music/ microphone.
• Copy of your vows in a presentation folder
• Commemorative marriage certificate
• Lodgement of all necessary legal documents
Travel costs to be negotiated outside 50km radius of Reservoir Vic or Cowes (Phillip Island) for both wedding and rehearsal.
Grandeur Wedding

Grandeur Ceremony
Including vows, readings and support with rituals.

• Initial meeting to complete Notice of Intended Marriage paperwork and gather information to design the wedding
• Preparations for the ceremony, assistance to write your vows, choose readings, prepare for rituals, work together to develop the ceremony of your dreams.
• 2 x follow up meetings to review the plan and communication via phone/ email as required.
• Rehearsal at an arranged venue with all relevant parties.
• Professionally presented ceremony on the day including essential wording to legalise the marriage.
• PA for music/ microphone.
• Commemorative marriage certificate
• Lodgement of all necessary legal documents
Travel costs to be negotiated outside 50km radius of Reservoir Vic or Cowes (Phillip Island) for both wedding and rehearsal.
